TERMS OF USE

Diamond Cut, Inc. (the “Company” or “DCI”) authorizes you to view and access a single copy of the content available on or from DiamondCutMillwork.com (the "Web Site") solely for your personal, noncommercial use.

The contents of this Web Site, and of all other websites under the Company's control, whether partial or otherwise (the Website and such other websites are sometimes collectively referred to as "DCI Sites") such as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other Web Site content (collectively, "Web Site Content"), are protected under both United States and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. All Web Site Content is the property of the Company or its content suppliers or clients. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on this Web Site is the exclusive property of the Company and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the Web Site Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You must retain all copyright, trademark, service-mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Web Site Content on any copy you make of the Web Site Content. You may not sell or modify the Web Site Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Web Site Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use of the Web Site Content on any other web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.

You shall not copy or adapt the HTML code that the Company creates to generate any Web Site Content or the pages making up any DCI Site. It is also protected by the Company's copyright.

Acceptable Site Use.

General Rules: Users may not use any DCI Site in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material, including without limitation Web Site Content, (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others, or (c) that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.

DCI Site Security Rules. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of any DCI Site, including, without limitation, (a) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access, (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, (c) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to any DCI Site, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing", (d) sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services, or (e) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy covers DCI's treatment of personal information that DCI collects when you use the DCI site, and when you use DCI's services. This policy also covers DCI's treatment of any personal information that DCI's business partners share with DCI or that DCI may collect on a partner's site.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that DCI does not own or control, or to people that DCI does not employ or manage.

Information Collection and Use

DCI collects personal information when you submit comments via e-mail, when you use DCI products or services, or when you visit DCI pages.

DCI automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser. Examples of such information include browser type, IP address used, and time and date of the site visit.

DCI uses this information for three general purposes: to customize the content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to provide traffic statistics for our internal use. None of the statistics reported include personal information about any DCI user.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

DCI will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
DCI may send personal information about you to other companies or people when:

  • We have your consent to share the information
  • We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process
